1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (25 grams of protein depends on the brand)
2 tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder
Pinch of cinnamon (option)
1 tablespoon of flax or chia seeds or (optional)
4 ice cubes
Directions
To keep your blender happy and ensure a smooth product, you generally want to insert ingredients in the following order:
Liquids first (water and milk)
Powders (protein, sweeteners, spices)
Seeds
Anything frozen
