This salad is very quick to make if you prep you have all the ingredients on hand. It's super nutritionous and packs with protein to increase your satiety.
3 cups Romaine Lettuce (also could use a mix of spinach and other leafy greens)
4 ounces chicken, cooked (rotisserie chicken is fine)
1 slice bacon, crumbled
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1/2 ounce shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Reduced-fat Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Dice the chicken and clean and chop all vegetables before assembling the salad.
Combine lettuce or other greens in a bowl, then top with ingredients.
Drizzle with dressing.
