Mojito for breakfast, why not! This smoothie packed with protein, fiber, and amazing flavors will keep you satisfied for hours.
Ingredients
1 cup Unsweeten Almond Milk (water, other types of milk)
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (25 grams of protein depends on the brand)
1 cup of greens (spinach or kale)
2 tablespoons of mint (a good handful)
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon of flax or chia seeds (optional)
4 ice cubes

Liquids first (water and milk)
Powders (protein, sweeteners, spices)
Seeds
Anything frozen
